These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read these terms carefully before booking with us.
By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Beauty Services & Pumper Parties
- The beauty van is exclusive only for women’s treatments.
- For beauty services please give us 48-24 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule. After this time, the charge is at least 50% of the service fee.
- You must advise us of any medical conditions and allergies before arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements then please inform us at the time of booking and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit. We ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues.
- There will be no waiting onsite so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment.
- We can not guarantee the full treatment time if you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate as best we can however timings for subsequent clients will have to be maintained.
- If you buy a course of treatments, missed treatments will be deducted from the courses.
- Clients who miss appointments or cancel last minute may ask for full payment upfront to secure future bookings.
- Under 18 must have their appointment booked by a parent or guardian and they must also accompany them to the appointment.
- For beauty services, due to the limited space of the van, we recommend not to bring children with you. But if you have to bring children please contact me beforehand to let me know.
- A course of treatments can only be used for one person, it can not be shared.
- Loyalty card discounts can only be redeemed by the person who accumulated loyalty stamps.
- That’s your time to relax, we kindly ask you to turn your mobile off or to be silent whilst in the salon.
- Our prices may be subject to change without prior notice and are subject to VAT.
- Our free beauty services are ONLY for partnerships with organizations we partner with.
- For beauty services we do not drive to your house, you must come to our location.
We may change beauty appointments:
- If our therapists become unavailable.
- In a situation of an accident, mechanical problem, van driver illness, traffic delay, extreme weather conditions like heavy snow, flooding, storm, vehicle stolen/vandalism, or other external circumstances out of the control of the company. Grace on Wheels has the right to cancel the service/ contract, and ONLY in this situation the full deposit or payment made will be returned to the customer.
- If an event outside of our control delays the services provided by Grace on Wheels Beauty Van then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may cancel the appointment and you may receive a refund for any services you have paid for but not received.
Patch Testing
- If you are new to the salon for any eyelash/brow tinting or LVL lash we require you to have a patch test 48 hours before your visit. If you are an existing client and have tint regularly with us and NO medical changes have occurred then you don’t need a test before your visit, if however your medical circumstances have changed then you must have a test 48 hours before your treatment.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers are nonrefundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred.
- The voucher must be handed to the therapist at the start of the treatment.
Personal Items
- Please ensure you retrieve all your belongings before leaving the van as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Kids Pamper Parties
- The pamper parties are exclusive only for girls from age 5
to 11. Due to the insurance policy, we can’t take girls under 5.
- We do not allow food in the van.
- You must tell us about any allergies when you fill up your child’s birthday party inquiry.
- There is a £50 non-refundable deposit via bank transfer when you book your child’s party.
- We operate up to 5 miles from our post code SM4 5PR. For locations that exceed a 5-mile radius from our postcode, we charge an addiction travel fee of £35 for every 5 miles up to 20 miles.
- Please be on time for Kids Pumper Parties and be advised any time exceeded past 15 minutes after your party ends will be billed at £ 35.00 per 15 minutes.
If we have a party booked after your party, in that case, we will honor our time and leave on time, which means some of the services in the pack may be cute during the pumper time.
We may change the kid’s pamper parties appointments:
